Busy Family Medicine Clinic in a new state of the art facility is looking for a Full Time Medical Front Office Receptionist with some back office experience including phlebotomy to become part of our team. Looking for a detailed-oriented and self-motivated team player with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Must have at least 2 year experience in a medical office setting.

Strong insurance verification and knowledge of multiple insurances.

Ability to discuss and collect patients’ balances.

Able to answer multiple phone lines.

Must have some phlebotomy experience

Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Excellent planning, organizational and oral/written communication skills essential.

Previous experience with an EMR system ( ECW preferred)..

Reasonable commute , own transportation and punctuality expected.
